798 SG it's finished liao. most of the taiwan people watch this show. although most of us younger generation never like this kind of soap drama, ch 8 and u cater this kind of drama for pple like housewives. i think the best timeshot should be 4 to 5pm.
798 SG it's already finished long time ago. now they even have another drama call taiwan long juan fong! long-winded and popular show in taiwan: taiwan ah-cheng taiwan pi-li huo taiwan long juan fong. all this show's male lead actor is chen zhaorong, aka auntie killer.
huiz SG tat spells the start of a disaster hope they dun put it at a primetime slot if they bought in the show.
798 SG i have a feeling ch u or 8 will be fighting the right for this kind of show to attract more viewers. come to think of it, holland village and xi lin men are also inspire by taiwan by having long episodes too.
798 SG dat time heard he himself sick and tired of acting non-stop. speaking of which, have anyone noticed chen zhaorong in all the show so straight forward, good man, dunno how to do evil things yet a lot of ladies fallen in love for him in the show?
huiz SG i think holland v & xi lin men is more accepted bcos of the local context & they arent as long-running as pi li huo( i think going to be a year soon).
huiz SG yeah i heard he saying he is sick & tat taiwanese like to extend the number of episodes if the drama is well-received so the characters doesnt look age fast as the episodes go by.
sbst275 SG I think MCS may want to cut it when merged… It seems that Ch U people will beconme puppets and Ch 8 ppl takes over Ch U managment
Gordonator SG stupid show taking up the 10.30 to 11.30 slot. should have cancelled it a long time ago and replace it with shi zhi lu kou and guess guess guess.
