those are the new trains which are coming in...... dunno when.
pls check with the Trains forum ppl.
so it's a concern tt if heavier it will add more pressure to the
tracks (and maybe more power to run??)
so whether smrt got factor in or not
whether the current infrastructure can tahan or not
will the new trains cause more breakdowns or new problems

cannot afford to change the whole fleet, oni can opt for
maintaining and refurbishing existing trains
which is done every 15 yrs
