my maternal grandparents live 3 streets away only
i go there a few times a week for dinner
no need to catch up
the catching up is done tmr.......with those not-so-close
relatives
i hate the small talk
i dont think they relli care how im doing
i oso dun care how they are doing
we relli oni meet once a year
or twice..... when there's a wedding.....
i will just greet, collect ang paos, take food, sit in a corner
(usually on the floor as the elders take up all the seats liao) and
eat and watch tv
