(See Fig 1.)Not currently part of a band, I've no choice but to drop the mop top--but I'd prefer to do so economically. Is there somewhere in Singapore that offers free/cheap haircuts by trainee hairdressers trying out crazy new styles?

RalliartTurbo SG There is actually a hairstyling shop that offers haircuts for 4 bucks.Add another 4 bucks for hair wash.It is called HI-Salon and there is one at Bukit Gombak MRT and another shop at Redhill MRT.
