What are we going to do with them? Should we encourage them to
beg by giving them money? Should we ignore them? Should we call the
police to catch them since what they are doing is illegal? Should
we pity them?
I may sound cruel to all of you. But the government should round
them up and pass their cases to the relevant ministry. They should
not be encouraged to go on begging. For what you know, they may be
‘earning’ more than you.
