the Bear SG go do that! i'm learning how to cook some dishes from mom too... will try my hand and assam pork ribs soon... kinda mastered braised duck already (after a few experiments with people from EH and 6club9 as guinea pigs ) next after assam ribs will be braised rabbitfish p.s. also gotta learn how to make stewed chicken in ginger.. and chicken in ginger and dark sauce.. so much to learn...
