phytochemicals. It helps the body get rid of wastes and bacteria,

caused by E.coli bacteria.

coffee scrubs are a recommend treatment for improving
cellulite.
4) Rich in sulfur and quercetin, raw onions have been shown to help
neutralise the free radicals in the body and protect its cells from
damage. According to Wikipedia, this common kitchen staple was once
prescribed as a diuretic by Greek physician Hippocrates.

deposits. Perhaps that's the reason why it is a main ingredient in
the wildly popular fat-busting Cabbage Soup Diet.
6) Eat more oats. They are not only good for lowering harmful
cholesterol but also contain silica - a natural diuretic.
7) Potassium-rich asparagus is also rich in asparagine, an amino
acid that is effective at eliminating waste and toxins.
8) Normally associated with perking up poultry dishes, rosemary is
a mild diuretic herb that can help reduce swelling.

radicals from the body, tomato, with its high water content, is

10) High in vitamin C, carrots are believed to increase urination
and hasten removal of fat deposits and waste from the body.
