findings, Dr. Chen also contributes to scholarship programs for

Through study and research, Dr, Chen has made nutritional

knowledge and health. In addition, Dr. Chen educates the public

Chen's most recent book, examines the relationship between
nutrition and the immune system in more detail. Additionally, Dr.

immediately aired by Public Broadcasting System stations and
affiliates around the country, and an increasing number of stations
