I want to get my husband something useful for his birthday and
it's either a leather case for iPhone or messenger
bag/briefcase.
Apart from Mont Blanc and LV, what other brands should I check
out?

if between 20 to 30 yo, the best gift is to free him for 2
weeks, he can either go overseas, clubs, pubs, whatever he likes,
after 2 weeks, he will be back as lovely to you as possible, no
need any money involve from yr side
if between 30 to 40yo, give him 3 weeks, because he may needs to
travel further up north
if 40 to 50yo, give him a month freedom, cos he may needs to go
to upper most of china.
If 50 to 60yo, file a divorce, and pass him the divorce to sign
on, it will be the best gift of his life, i bet you.
After 60s, buy him a osim chair
after 70s, send him to nursing home as a gift, the PRC nurses
there need to practice throwing.
