in ear headphone apply to those who had long ear tunnel, so they
need in ear headphone to get to the ear drum inorder to get the
noise. however, from world NID surveys in mid 2011, those using ear
phone or headphone often are prone to NID by as early age as 40+,
those who works in disco and pubs like mine are also need to go for
testing once in every 6 months, once you got NID, you tends to talk
very loud and cannot hear people well, and once that happen, you
get stress and frustration very easy. I use 3M earplug, only can
hear dollars and cents
