jusgal SG i need a mod to take over fuqua for the time being now: member keen: 1) delonchew 2) meow meow who should i choose???
798 SG i tell you my experience: when you are not the mod, you managed to crap to the max; but when you are one, you need to contribute hard in boosting forum ratings for the head mod. so the pressure is there. have this kind of pressure within you.
harryryan SG Realistically speaking….it is easy to be a member than a mod…cos if u r a menber u can srap all u want without care…when u r a mod…there will br restrictions…certain codes of behaviour u will have to adhend to….. n u gotta check e forum for unacceptable behaviour….. Sgforums is still okay…i had experience in mod for forums outside Sgforums n behaviour like rude behaviour n one liners r unacceptable…..so in e end…mods end up posting less to do their job of cleaning up unacceptable behaviours n upkeeping a certain quality in e forum…. just my 2 cents worth…
