its good for disgestion and cleansing the intestines.

My poly friend is the long time ambassador of herbal life :D it's great product based on many reviews and she highly recommend friends around her to take. She never force any hardcore marketing tricks on any of us, but I can truly tell the herbal life product she's endorsing is really of a high quality.

Everytime when I hear about herbal life being mentioned in forum, I know the user is in the process of feeling better and becoming more positive in life.

I really want to try it someday, but probably it's the cost issue that prevent me from trying it. By the way dragg, how much does it cost? :D

around $70 - $100 for 473 ml.

my sis has constipation. after drinking for a few weeks the problem's gone.

The nutrition stuff is quite good. But I don't like their skin care, whereby each product usually expires quite soon.

Took their product for slimming. so far, this is the only brand that works for me and it's not that expensive if you use it for meal replacement (cuz can save on having lunch at food courts etc).

Know of someone took diet milk for slimming . Effective!

I don't take any thing orally from them. Their Aloe Vera Gel is fantastic. Heals deep cut very fast.
