Madrid is a classic example of a team made up of individuals
with expanded egos. The "Galacticos",as they call themselves expect
to be playing irregardless. There is no team spirit and will to win
in the team.
It may be superstars galore at Madrid but Football is ultimately a
team game.Until they put their egos aside, listen to manager
instructions and get their act together as a team, expect them to
suffer more embarrassing results.
