Roma have offered an official apology to injured referee Anders Frisk, and pleaded for leniency after their UEFA Champions League clash with Dynamo Kiev was called off at half time. - Reported in Sky Sports

I think apology alone is not enuff since it's the Roma's officials to make sure security is in place and to keep the rowdy fans away. Could be a hefty fine or the next 'hom' game to be play in a neutral stadium.

I agree with you, I feel that Dynamo should be awarded 3-0 and in addition Roma should be banned from playing at home or play in a empty stadium with a big fine hit on them.
