the Bear SG geometry huh? think Similar Triangles... the red and green triangles are not similar... the green one has an angle of arctan 2/5 = 21.801 degrees the red one has an angle of arctan 3/8 = 20.556 degrees therefore the line made up by both the longest side of the red and green triangle is not straight...
