There's something I dont understand.....
What are managers busy with?
Why they kept saying bo eng, no time when they dont do the program
coding, dont do the program documentations, dont do the testing,
dont do the UAT plans....
What in the world are they busy with??
Looking after the welfare of their fellow workers? -- no need to do
daily
Approving leaves and course etc? -- where go so many to
approve
Vetting of the documents? -- only when the workers complete their
share then they need to vet mah....
i find that they are busy chasing those working for them to work...
