When I was very young, the extended family used to have
gatherings where the kids like us would carry lanterns and walk
around the neighborhood. The adults eat their mooncake and chit
chat away.
As I got older, Mid-Autumn Festival consisted of playing with alot
of candles and filling up the entire garden at home with lanterns
with my brother.
Now I don't do anything anymore... Just light two tea candles and
put them into the "lamps" at the gate.
