so, my parents are already divorced, and my mum is asked to move
out once we pay her the alimony. so i am thinking what if she
borrowed money from the loansharks using her ic( with my home
address), and she don't pay, wouldn't i be harrassed by the
loansharks??!

if she cant pay up,loan sharks will come after u and dad.but its
under police case if they come to family.why dont she try it with
the banks instead.
police case as in police actually driving and handcuffing the
loan sharks after a chase.
