Hello brethren!
a question that came up at a meeting last week. It was brought up
that the Good News Bible that many Catholics are usng is actually
protestant in nature and not actually endorsed by the Catholic
Church. Could anyone shed more light on this issue?
I do know that it's origin was protestant and came from America in
the 1960's if my memory serves me correctly. but is it true that
the Catholic Church doesn't endorse it? and if it doesn't, why are
so many Catholics using it?
