btw, i like the unique gateway done by I.M Pei. from certain angles the 2 towers look like sheets of paper.

Yesssh! d gateway towers r totally awesome & thus to me, had redeemed himself from the dull vision he had in Raffles City.. well, to each his own.. but the extremely sharp angulated edges of d gateway are blamed relentlessly for bad feng shui (to who is it bad for.. i've no slightest idea..) woh..

hence, art, science & superstition make an intriguing world.. Wink

well many ppl say that the gateway is like a knife. it "sliced" nicoll highway into 2... :p but... its what ppl say. personally i like the Gateway

honestly, do u feel that building seems a bit... lonely? its kinda like in e middle of nowhere. and it has a really gothic feel about it. pretty cool tho. and there is this humongous wine bar there i heard
