Guys,
I got a burning question which doing some search on google fails
to yield any results.
As the title suggests,
Assuming a guy works in a public service example NEA or MOM. His
a diploma holder drawing $2000 a month. When he gets a degree will
his HR increase his salary to be the same level to a fresh grad who
joined this month ? (Assume the fresh grad gets $3000)
Or will he earn more than the fresh grad based on 2 condition
:
1st) He worked 3 years while studying degree and has 3 years of
relevant working experience on the job
2nd) His yearly increment is $100 so 3 years later its $300.
So based on this fact the guy should earn $300 more than the
fresh grad drawing $3300.
Or will he be on par with the fresh grad $3000 as how the HR
bench mark it.
Anyone who can answer this question is a genius as the internet
fails to answer this question as well as www.salary.sg

also it's just whether kana replaced by cheaper foreigners
earlier or later.............
