Can singaporean buy houses in taiwan

Hi, Anyone buy any before? How was it like? Is it easy to purchase if you are not based in taiwan.

for rental or for yourself to stay?

before doing anything u should check with ROC authorities whether they allow foreigners to buy properties there or not.
