With the death of former Premier Benazir Bhutto, Pakistan will
face another heightened state of emergency. With the election
scheduled on 8 Jan 08, the unrest will escalate. The oppositions,
the Islamist Extremists, and trouble makers (India and others) will
stir the atmosphere of hatred, instability, uncertainty, terror, to
make life difficult for everybody including Musharraf.
My trip to Pakistans Gwadar in near future will now be in
doubt.
