FireIce SG heard on the radio today tt ch 5 news will have subtitles so the deaf can “watch news”.....
skid SG we have that here (USA)..they call it "closed-captioning"....i think it's required by law for the manufacturers to include it. you can use it or not as you please. most programs are broadcast using it.
