Proton sold stakes in Agusta for 1 Euro

From what I read in the evening papers

They sold their 57.8% stake in Agusta for 1 Euro which they had brought for 70 million Euro

i am confused.

1 euro per share or just 1 euro for the whole transaction?

But this Agusta is in finanical trouble

the could at least sell it at a loss, not 1 euro.

Should have sold it for at least 10 euros.
