Collection of ERP toll entering thru Orchard gantries on Sat bet 1200 - 2000
Bus lane to be full day operation
Twice collection of toll if enter Orchard Rd from i.e Stamford Rd even though it is within CBD area

CTE to collection evening toll at Braddell Rd (Towards Johor)

If after 2000 still jam, how will ERP going settle this? Make it 1200-0000?
50 cts ERP in Orchard, if people spend at least $50 on shopping, will they bother about the 50cts and stop driving to Orchard?

CTE North direction with gantry, will it divert the vehicles into Thomson Rd and Upper Serangoon Rd, causing jams at there?

As for CTE, yes it will... ERP does not solve the prob.. Should control the car population

Is COE quota based on, just like, how many old cars ended up in the scrapyard in a particular month (ie. COE up to 10 years), then LTA released new cars onto the road for that particular month? Pardon me for my ignorance. Smile

That COE just given out freely... There is no control as though there are times when scrap rate is lower, still more quotas is given out
