SINGAPORE : Swissport International has started its
ground-handling operations at Changi Airport four months ahead of
schedule.
The Zurich-based firm is the third agent licensed by the Civil
Aviation Authority of Singapore to provide ground-handling services
at Changi.
The licence was awarded as part of efforts to open up the sector to
competition.
The other two ground handlers at Changi are Singapore Airport
Terminal Services and Changi International Airport Services. -
