SINGAPORE : From Tuesday, the public can call a new hotline
number for enquiries on bus, MRT and LRT services as well as
ez-link card information.
The number is 1800-CALL ONE or 1800-2255 663.
TransitLink says it has set up the hotline to provide a more
convenient service to commuters.
Commuters may call the TransitLink Hotline to:
· Make general enquiries on SBS Transit and SMRT buses, MRT, LRT
and ez-link card
· Report loss of concession ez-link cards and Giro-linked ez-link
cards
· File claims for ez-link card
· Give feedback on ez-link card and public transport
They can also continue to log on to the TransitLink website for
more information on its services or to give feedback.
