SINGAPORE : Singapore's Accord Customer Care Solutions has said
it is being investigated by the Commercial Affairs Department, the
police unit that deals with white collar crime, but did not give a
reason.
"The Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) is carrying out an
investigation into the affairs of the Company. The investigations
are at an early stage and the Company and its staff will cooperate
fully with the CAD in their investigations," ACCS said in a
statement.
It said it would make "further announcements as appropriate".
ACCS, which provides aftermarket services for mobile phones,
recently shocked investors by announcing it lost its Nokia contract
in 10 countries.
Its shares were flat at 72 cents before being suspended on Tuesday
afternoon.
The company is due to report its fourth quarter results late
Tuesday. - CNA
