SINGAPORE : Some sign boards on vacant state land will have
their "Keep Out" signs changed to "Enter At Your Own Risk".
Senior Minister of State for Home Affairs Ho Peng Kee said this was
to allow the public to use the spaces for outdoor recreational and
sporting activities.
MPs asked if fencing around some of these places could be removed.
