how do i dial a 1800 hotline?

is it just press 1800 and then the 7 digits after that?

why does it say the numbers are invalid when i try to dial the singapore and US numbers on this page?

yes, just call the numbers like that. but you can only call the 1800 numbers in your own country i think.

what happened to your account? anyway, i think it's easier to post on the forums regarding your issue.

I forgot my account name and password so I cant post on their forum.

Can you help me by calling the singapore line to test if it's working?

it's free to call an overseas 1800 right?

1800 numbers are only free from their own country i.e u cannot dial a US 1800 number from SG.

You dial 1800 in singapore you still need to pay for the air time.

how much does it cost?
