SINGAPORE : The Ren Ci Charity Show has successfully raised
$7.25 million for the sick and needy at Ren Ci Hospital &
Medicare Centre.
This amount exceeds the original target of $5 million.
The show was aired on MediaCorp's Channel U on January 9, featuring
both local and overseas artistes.
Donation phone lines closed on January 16.
Of the total amount raised, $500,000 will be donated to the medical
relief of tsunami victims. - CNA
