Why does it happen that people who are ‘over-qualified’ fail to
get employed?
various various reasons....
it's wierd for a MBA holder to be a phone operator eh...? but
then again, no MBA would apply for a phone operator 
dun forget as a person is more and more experience, so is he is
more and more old
