actually hor... in disney's mary poppins (i nv read the book, just watched the movie) it's just a meaningless word for you to say when you have nothing to say. it doesn't mean happy, nor nonsensical, but when you say it out aloud it's supposed to bring happiness. from the song (this word is also a title of a song written by the creator of this word), this word is supposed to do amazing things too
