How to take SS using presario compaq laptop

Eindies SG

hihih im a lvl 24 bowman at bootes.. i wonder how do u take ss ingame?

my laptop doesnt have a Print Screen button but only has a button with the description "INSERT" on top and a smaller font "Prt Sc" below and it is boxed.

I suppose it is for the sake of a smaller keyboard that compaq combined the function of insert together with print screen.

how do i activate the second function then? i tried to press "Insert" button but it doesnt work..

thanks

hi sorry for being a n0ob but what is scroll lock and how would i set the place where maple saves my ss?

alexkusu SG

weird..my presario has Prt Sc on top and sys rq on bottom.

Eindies SG

different models i guess. mine is v2000

scroll lock ... hmm hw to say ...

scroll lock is for others use in daily pc life .... but in maple u can use it to take ss ... and it will help u auto save the image at one place ...

i believe it should be under system option in maple .... u can find it there ... select to save it to desktop as it will be easier to find Mr. Green

rather than use print screen.. u still need to paste it somewhere ..

alexkusu SG

mine is 2800

well, go maybe shift + [button]

n go paste..see if anything comes up

it's under system option..

actually if u go to key settings in game... u can change teh print screen keys to sth else...

maybe... F12?

can change de Very Happy

press and hold the fn button or function button before pressing hte insert/prt sc button la..

the 'fn' key is found on the lower left of your keyboard. It's next to the 'windows' button.

Press this 'fn' button with the blue 'Prt Sc' button. You should be able to capture any screenshot on your laptop.
