TehJarVu SG omg i went to 159 joo chiat for vietnamese food instead (need to walk a bit from carpark though)i had pho + cockles in tamarind sauce + heineken, only $15.80!!! no servid charge no gst in tawandang, 1 plate of cockles alone was $18++ omg omg
