Rich in the higher income bracket should pay more taxes, but PAP
doing it the other way, make the poor pay more taxes.
The argument is, if rich pay more taxes, then nobody wants to be
rich.
In the past, poor and rich don't pay GST, now poor and rich pay
GST, but rich has a reduction in income taxes.
