You gotta root your phone, than use an app that runs only on
rooted phones to freeze or delete it. But upon rooting it, you
effectively voided its warranty, unless you unroot it back.
Samsung is now very smart, if you modded your phone, the bootup
screen will show an "!"in a triangular yellow box indicating its
core has been tampered with. But there is a way around it, but its
so complex, even i can't be bothered.
