Once amazon bungled up my order, then there were returns refunds
redelivery replace all happening to the same order (diff
shipments).
In the end they refunded me wrongly cos they prolly thought they
would not be able to fulfil one of the shipments (it was some one
of a kind secondhand books).
I sent in emails telling them of the wrong refund but the
replies were either completely irrelevant or no-reply at all.
