temple not so sure but i know a shop located at fu lu shou
complex lvl 1 just outside the entrance facing albert food centre
specialized in selling buddha amulets n statues, lot of ppls also
go there to pray to the shop’s famous 4 face buddha. i sure u can
get yr amulet there.
