Along with meditation practice while explore sutra/sutta or
other methods for vipassana, a beginner should explore these sutta
and sutra only in order of sequence for at least 3 consecutive
years. These are all EQ and ultimate EQ, and the IQ in it is
applied for developing EQ ultimate :)
