today divorce and yesterday is different, today is more on $$,
let say I and you get married, got a child, then you divorce me,
allow me the custody of the child, HDB will continue to recognise
me and my child as a family unit, so we can carry on to live in
that flat, for you, you go out as single, and above 35yo, you can
apply another house under singlehood, legally we are divorced, but
we still sleep together like a family, and now we got two houses,
rent out one, and voila!!!, we make money, later sell also make
money...understand or not?? Singaporeans are very good in finding
flaws in govt policies, then exploit them
