Was at cafe cartel nex to have dinner, their concept become you
write down order, they come and take your paper. But they were so
empty when I came the floor manager said he could take my order
directly, how nice hor? But he wasn't well versed with the menu, I
still had to read the numbers off to him.
Food wise was ok, I had the meatballs for starters, and
carbonara. They used the wrong cut of meat for the balls, should've
used mince. The carbonara was not how I last had it, it was watered
down, not creamy enough to choke, and had traces of green, and red
peppers, a big no no. The free flow bread, they will bring it to
you, and wow, the bread and butter were excellent. Forgot to ask
for milk to my english breakfast, and guilty to make the staff walk
so far.
So now I at toastbox doing my daily reports, another cup of tea,
then go home. No thanks to Mooku.
