I've had this phone for the whole of last night and this morning, and I tell you, if there is such thing called lag free, this is it. Its so snappy it reads your mind. Holy cow, never seen apps installed this fast on the first one.

Now if I can just find how to turn the camera sound off.

glad to know that u're enjoying ur SGS II as much as I do..

and yes, hopefully some firmware update can turn the camera sound off instead of rooting it..

FireIce SG

I am overclocking it now, its running at 1400mhz, and I've lowered some core and internal voltage values, so it can sleep better, and wake up refreshed. I voided the warranty for it the minute I plugged the phone to my pc.

haven't tried the voice thingy yet but I read that its kinda accurate..

have u tried it yet..

There is a fix for the camera sound, but I'll wait for a developer to integrate it into the camera apk, into a custom rom. I've tested the camera at work today, very smart, they timed the flash exposure with the shutter delay nicely, not like some particular digital cameras.

Never used those voice thingys in my life. Besides, I freezed all that built in bloatware, so my app drawer is clean and neat, and I can boot up with minimal apps running hidden. Antek app manager. And I already flashed a custom rom last night, don't even know what apps singtel put in.

and its selling like hotcakes..

almost (if not all) everywhere all OOS..
