Six Fulfilment == 六成就（佛经开卷的内容：如是、我闻、说法的时间、说法人、地点、听众）
these six requirements indicating the truth of wisdom bliss. It
also present in all meetings of both the literates and illiterates.
It is most commonly noted in all legal documents such as in the
police statements. In fact, recreational meetings tacitly applies
them as well. The different is notably in its “time“. There is
specfic time frame in human activities. For sutra, the timeframe is
noted as “at present“ because it tailored to various beings living
in different timeframes and era. For instance, the lifespan of
lowest heavenly beings is 500 years old, and one day is equivalent
to 50 years on earth. Hence, if exact time stated will not be able
to truly represent its accuracy and compatibility.The time of “At
present“ stated in sutra clearly displayed the wisdom of buddha and
