release animal should not be done by the ignorance. simple as
that.
if one don't have wisdom to do it, make merit in other ways. eg
vegetarianism which is also a form of freeing animal.
no doubt got great merit in Buddhism. as all life don't wish to
be in captivity. must know the natual of the animal.
some ppl are so ignorance to release fresh water fishes into salt
water i read.
