Been reading Thich Nhat Hanh's "The Diamond that Cuts Through
Illusion", pretty nice book and I feel that his commentary's pretty
beginner-friendly, although he mentioned something about tortoise
hair and rabbit horns that I recalled Master 慧律 instructed to
ignore as he was going through a commentary... anyway that's
another post for another day.
I'm going to do a english-to-chinese version of the Sutra,
mainly because I can't link them both up well purely in my mind and
would like a soft copy to study, maybe even with hanyu pinyin. The
chinese translation has pretty much been set in stone but I
actually have no idea if the translation in the book is the best
english one out there, so I'm wondering if anyone can point me to
any famously good translations out there, if there's such a
thing.
