It's obvious which direction you are steering this too.
Soon, it will be poor me, poor 'I No Stupid', poor victim...
I have to hand it to you. You really are quite
brainy. However, intellectual prowess gets you nowhere when
treading the path of spirituality. You can choose to believe
or disbelieve this, but just remember that you've been
informed. (I'm not discussing this point with you on this
thread or on any other thread. Feel free to think of me as
immature or cowardly.)
And now, I'd like to get back to kneading my mala beads. I
need more merit so that I may be able to constructively discuss
useful Dharma information with others on the forum without having
the discussions derailed by well-meaning but misguided people, who
feel they have a better grip on what the Buddha did or didn't
teach.
... because you know? I'm really a simple person.
Before deep experiential realizations of my own, I choose to
believe scripture first. Until such time I have my own
insight, I may begin to separate the wheat from the chaff.
With regards to figuring out who has insight and who is a fake, I
go by whether those people can show me a clear map to my
destination, and describe the destination. Also, I trust
intuition. Yes... very far from the intellectual that you
are.

I am not sure what your ‘direction’ means but I
can read between the lines – my direction is not your
direction. Also, I don’t need sympathy
or support. I don’t think it is poor
me, this or that or I m a victim. I
fought each and every one of you without fear or favour.
Your lack of direction is indeed
poverty.

For one to be brainy, intellectual prowess is
necessary. It is a delusion to think
that you don’t need intellectual prowess to be
spiritual. Do you know what
spirituality is all about?
I choose to believe the correct teaching, not
make-belief idealism of cult leaders with so-called undefined,
incomprehensible, delusional ‘experiential
realization’. It appears to me that
nothing was realized. Just some
abstract, pie-in-the-sky aspirations.

You are not discussing dhamma at all so
far. Just some dogmatic doctrines of
cult leaders.
And you don’t gain any merit by kneading your
mala beads. Better that you knead bread
and give it to hungry African children. So, you have better grip of
Buddha’s teaching? For
what?

I am sorry to learn that you have no clear map to
your destination. This confirms my
statement in first para “Your lack of direction is indeed poverty.”
I am also sorry that despite your experiential realization you need
‘those’ people to describe your destination. Your intuition cannot be trusted. Trust the Noble Truths.
In it, your destination is already figured out for
you!
Hope you are able to separate the wheat from the
chaff so that the bread you knead will be good enough to alleviate
the sufferings of African children.
