What Somalia and most part of Africa need is technology and
infrastruture for effective agriculture to at least be self
sufficient in FOOD.
Pouring monetary aids and food is not even a solution... Its
been this way for decades . No much improvement since then. Not to
mention the political corruption and logistics issues...
Granted, the main problem is the unequal distribution of global
food supply. Yet if they keep on building up a reliance of foreign
aids, the upset of deaths could be huge.
I'd gladly sign up if any organizations has such plans for
Somalia's independence of foreign aid.
