Yes, 六道轮回. There are 6 rebirth paths : gods, humans, demi-gods, animals, ghosts and hell. It is not easy to be born as humans, so cherish your human body and practice according to Buddha's teachings and stop the cycle of reincarnation because you do not know which path you will be reborn in your next life.

I hope almond has learnt to rest and enjoy and experience life and get out of his loop of dwelling in confusions, beliefs and concepts.

I everyday think of Jesus as I eat bread in the morning. Jesus is the breaf of life. Then I go to the MRT station gt a pathway made of concrete then I think of Jesus is the way the truth and the life. When weekends I go stroll and see flowers I will think of the grass and flowers wither but the word of God stands forever. When I urine and pee and see bubbles I will think of the diamond sutra quotes. Sometimes I go out got ppl wear the Buddhism Logo Gold acessories the sign opposite of Hitler's nazi flag, I will think of BENSHI SHI JIA MO NI FO. When I pass by Poh Ming Tse via transportation to buy things I will think of Buddha's teachings. I am not sure If I am confused.
